Time Gaming Accused of Unethical Conduct
Nothing is quite so amazing and
equally disappointing, than when grown successful adults act like obnoxious
middle schoolers. That is the case with the recent catty developments between
Interbet Casino and their software designer for casino games, Real Time Gaming.
the companies feud has become quite public with the filing of a civil case by
Interbet against Real Time Gaming for a string of unsavory conduct that began a
few months ago.
Interbet's eight page allegation
focus' on how when the company desired to terminate their and Real Time Gaming's
business relationship and switch to a different software platform for their
casino games, the tension turned to under-handed manipulation and strong-arming.
For example, when the altercation began Real Time Gaming began informing
Interbet's players that the casino would be closing and that they should
gambling at other casinos offering Real Time Gaming's casino games. This was
done with out the consent of Interbet. Real Time Gaming is to have allegedly
also restricted Interbet from accessing their own Neteller account in order to
retrieve their casino's assets
the list continues with antics
reminiscent of either the mob, or of a bitter ex, each getting a little bit more
insidious and out of line. Real Time Gaming is also believed to have released
false statement concerning Interbet's reputation. One of such accusations put
Interbet in quite a bit of hot water, after Real Time Gaming falsely leaked that
Interbet had sold their players information to spammers. Interbet is now trying
to patch up the damage done to their reputation and business by seeking punitive
and compensatory damages, but as of this time there has been no official day in
court specified.
