This is a late-war German Command Base.  I used epoxy to place these figures on to a large fender washer.  I never used epoxy for figures until recently.  The majority of gamers use Crazy Glue to hold their figures.  The main reason to avoid epoxy is if you every want to remove them from their base and place on another it is near impossible.  Well I don't plan on removing them and I like the finished effect of the epoxy.
